Sliding guide
Structural multifunctional horizontal sliding guide (patented), made in a continuous length from high-strength bright-galvanized steel profile with integrated anti-injury and anti-slip rack.
The guide, manufactured to size, is prepared and pre-drilled for fixing to the supporting element using anchors (anchors not included).
Where dimensions require guide segmentation, it is prepared with interlocking joints.
Front cover of the sliding guide with pre-painted sheet metal casing RAL 7035.
Ground guide (with a combination/set of bearings) positioned beyond the clear opening, always supplied.
Suspension system - TROLLEY CARRIER
Overhead suspension and sliding system composed of a continuous profiled element with vectorial load on integral, balanced, flex-oscillating, precision-adjusted trolleys for uniform load distribution.
Each modular panel is equipped with double-track sliding trolleys.
Leaf
Made with modular, custom-sized panels assembled through patented male/female coplanar joints and fixed on both sides with exposed screws (included in the supply).
Upper stiffening structure of the leaf connected to the vector, and lower stiffening structure in profiled steel sheet.
Sheet-metal cladding on both external faces with programmed deformability, suitably shaped. Internal insulating pack.
Assembly sequence is guided and simplified thanks to the complete preparation of all components, factory-coded with numerical progression on the panels and on the lower stiffening structure.
NEW: modular panel with or without vision panel.
Handles
Recessed handles on both sides of each leaf, positioned to retract according to the dynamics of panel overlap.

Accident prevention safety systems (provided when used with a counterweight)
Patented hydraulic speed-control device VTK (Viscotroller® Kalipè®) – slow and short stroke – acting in synergy with the sliding guide through coupling with the rack, ensuring essential safety during leaf closing with a smooth and gentle closure.

NEW: SAM K end-stroke damper, cushions and accompanies the leaf in the final closing section.
Operation with free leaf
If equipped with counterweight (optional), it is recommended to adopt an opening-retention system using an electromagnet.

Closing with counterweight protected by pre-painted sheet-metal casing RAL 7035 in various versions:

- Opposite side
- NEW: fixed directly to the leaf (integral).

For lower LTs ask for feasibility.
If the HT height is lower than the measurements listed above, the height of the pedestrian door is reduced (HNp).

Applications
- On solid load-bearing masonry wall or reinforced concrete.
- On insulated and protected beam or insulated metal structure clad with plasterboard.
Static calculations are the responsibility of the customer.
Door to be installed indoors, not exposed to air drafts.
Finish
Sliding doors are made of galvanized steel sheet and finished with an eco-friendly industrial base coating using high-quality epoxy resins, ensuring protection against corrosion from a wide range of aggressive agents, acidic or not, in environments not directly exposed to the natural outdoor atmosphere.
Standard colour RAL 7035. A wide RAL and NCS range is available on request.
NEW: Constructed in stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 (excluding the adjustment screw of the lower hinges).
Identification plate
Applied on the shell handle with the appropriate CE mark and with personalized polychrome CARD with identification data.
