Interior flexible fire roller curtain in class EI2 60
“Gravity Safe” Closing:
Gravity-driven closing in case of fire.
Seamless shaft, treated with anti-corrosive paint; the shaft diameter varies based on the curtain dimensions
Curtain fabric made with multilayer technology:
- Glass fiber fabric reinforced with stainless steel wire mesh, coated with a light gray silicone layer.
– Gray color similar to RAL 7035 (the fabric cannot be painted). - Anti-tear system: Bearings are located on the fabric edges, forming a protection system against accidental tearing from the guides.
Counterweight at the end of the fabric made with steel rods
Headbox consisting of a cage:
- Galvanized steel side plates, functioning both as shaft housing and side closure for the headbox.
- Support profiles along the entire width of the headbox: U-shaped (for face-fix mounting) or L-shaped (for reveal mounting).
- Galvanized steel cladding: the cage is enclosed with galvanized steel sheet.
- No insulation panel.
Motor (determined based on curtain dimensions and weight):
- Becker, internal single-phase tubular motor. Required current: 220 V
- GfA, external three-phase motor. Required current: 380 V
Side Guides:
- Galvanized steel profile.
- No insulation panel.
Face-fix mounting:
205 mm footprint.
Control Unit:
- Backup batteries to maintain the curtain in an open position in case of power failure
- Connection of the curtain to any fire alarm system
- Volt-free contacts for connecting potential fire detection accessories and/or monitoring systems
Additional Options:
- Smoke sensors, release button, visual and acoustic signals
- Painting of steel elements in any color from the RAL palette,
– including visible elements like the headbox, guides, and bottom bar - Anti-corrosive protection/painting in classes C3 to C5
