This is an exceptionally prestigious award, granted this year to just 5.3 per cent of the more than 6 million Italian businesses. The certification is awarded on the basis of a rigorous analysis that assesses over 2,000 variables, including:
- payment behaviour;
- economic and financial data;
- governance structure;
- socio-demographic characteristics;
- information from external sources;
- the presence, if any, of adverse events.
The award is granted exclusively to companies that maintain a high level of reliability over time and demonstrate exemplary behaviour in their payments to suppliers.
