Max Mugelli capped off his weekend at the Circuit de la Sarthe with a strong podium finish. The track hosted the fourth round of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Europe, held as part of the world-famous 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The Eureka Competition team driver finished third in his class in Race 2, a result that, combined with his fourth-place finish in the first race, moves him up to second place in the overall championship standings.
On the historic French circuit—13.6 kilometers long and known for some of the highest speeds of the season (with peaks of 320 km/h)—Max managed both races with great composure (which, after all, is his trademark!), consistently bringing the car home to the finish line despite the particularly challenging conditions and the numerous collisions between competitors (which are very risky at such high speeds).
The Le Mans weekend thus underscores the Tuscan driver’s consistency and reliability, as he delivered an extremely successful outing in terms of the championship standings.
