Products representing MEVERIN core business are particularly suited to be used in hospitals, schools, logistics centres, underground and outdoor car parks, industrial parks and residential and commercial areas in general, but also in public places such as theatres, cinemas, museums, libraries, art galleries, hotels, public bodies and shopping centres.
MEVERIN meets any need by designing and creating the most appropriate element to provide fire compartmentation.
The break out of a fire and its spread often inflict severe damage on people and property, thus imposing to companies and businesses, be they public or private, measures that cannot be deferred to safeguard their operators, equipment, architectural structures, and to assure their companies' future. Adoption of fire safety measures is necessary not only to cautiously protect people and property, but also in order to abide by the law. The most important among these measures is the creation of fire compartments.
The purposes of an element providing fire compartmentation, be it fixed or movable, are:
- providing fire compartmentation between different fire load areas and in general areas in which diverse activities are carried out;
- offering effective protection against fire spread by delimiting the area where it started;
- minimising fire risk by creating safe areas.

Research, technical innovation, preliminary testing in our testing furnaces and at qualified international experimental research centres, a wide range of certifications and solutions being able to match market requirements and current regulations enabled MEVERIN to:
• offer a range of high level certified products (CCVVF CCI UNI 9723, CCVVF CCI UNI 9723 FA1) (Italian Ministry of Interior: decrees 14th December 1993, 27th January 1999, 20th April 2001, 21st June 2004, circular letter NS 7017/4101 – sub-t. 140/1 – 22.10.01);
• receive an important acknowledgement of its high standards (UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System- CERT.03661- 98-AQBOL- SINCERT);
• hold a prominent position as manufacturer both at the National and International level.
FINISH
Plate protected by galvanization on both sides. Coating with environmentally-friendly anticorrosion epoxy primer. RAL 7035 standard colour, any colour including metallic ones among the whole RAL range on request.
MARK OF CONFORMITY
Each FIRE FIXING® fire door is provided with a plate detailing all necessary data for identification pursuant to the regulations in force, such as:
- manufacturer's name;
- year of production;
- certification body;
- test certificate number;
- fire-resistance rating;
- Identification number with year reference.
PACKAGING
MEVERIN has always been paying special attention to provide the easiest product installation and handling. Packaging is conceived along with the product in order to be of reduced size and to keep it undamaged even during long transport. Every product is tested and verified upon dispatching.
SPARE PARTS
Thanks to its filing and management software system , Meverin is able to reproduce a product, either partially or entirely, only on the basis of the number and year of production specified on its identification plate, so as to make it fully compliant with law provisions in force concerning production and commercialization.
