Large size Fireproof Swing Doors,
Fire rated Sliding Doors and partition walls

Large size single- or two-leaf doors.

Technical characteristics:

• Super strong press-formed steel section bar frame to be fixed to the masonry, suitable to withstand very high radial loads.
• Primary and secondary leaf made by coupling steel plate modules. Programmed deformability plate on both external faces. High temperature resistant MEV FIRUX® non conductive internal insulation.
• FIRUX® intumescent seals on frame vertical sides, on upper and lower edges of the leaf and on the central ledge.
• Accident prevention handles with nylon coated steel core.
• 2 hinges per leaf, rectified to sustain high radial loads.
• Large size hydraulic door closer; adjustment of opening force, closing speed and final snap. For larger size, additional coil spring of suitable force to reinforce the door closer is available.
• The above described door closer system operates for a maximum opening of 120° (180° only on demand).
